The end of the season for both volunteers and participants as they played in the Annual Heartland Amputee Golf Tournament. Click on the pictures for
a gallery of images. To the right, we offered our participants in the Adaptive Golf Program a Par 3 during the September 16th clinic at the Overland
Park Golf Club. The conditions that day were "74 degrees" and everyone had a great time. More photo's from the Par are available HERE
Buddie's Buddies is a non-profit 501-(c)(3) charitable organization
whose purpose is to enhance the personal and physical growth of our
participants with disabilities. Our clinics are FREE OF CHARGE to all
who attend. We're a USGA Supported Program.
New clinics and playing opportunities are being added to our schedule, as
people of all (6-83) with disabilities, discover that playing golf is not out of

Program. The Scottish Rite Masons
developed the RiteCare clinics to
provide diagnostic evaluation and
treatment of speech and language
disorders and learning disabilites.

clinics, centers and specialized
programs located throughout the
United States.

WELCOME CLEAR - College Learning Experiences, Activities, and Resources to "Friends of Buddie's
Buddies." CLEAR provides non-credit continuing education classes for adults with developmental
disabilities or severe learning disabilities. Located on the campus of Johnson County Community
College in Overland Park, Kansas, the program is designed to teach independent living skills and
provide life enhancing experiences.
